DESCRIPTION:NOTICE TO VOTERS\n\nA statewide primary election will be held o
 n Tuesday\, August 13\, 2024 to select Republican\, Democratic\, and Progr
 essive Party candidates for the following offices:\n\nU.S. Representative
              State Treasurer                 
      State Senator(s)\n\nGovernor                  
               Secretary of State               
   State Representative\n\nLieutenant Governor            Audit
 or of Accounts             High Bailiff\n\nAttorney General  
                 U.S Senator\n\nThe State will not be automat
 ically mailing ballots to all voters.  If you'd like to vote by mail you 
 must submit a request to the Town Clerk's office. If you chose to vote by 
 mail for the Primary\, here's a couple things to keep in mind:\n\n 	Each v
 oter is mailed ballots for all three parties but you are only allowed to v
 ote one ballot. The two ballots you don't use must be returned in the "Unv
 oted Ballots" envelope or your vote can't be counted.\n 	Ballots must be r
 eceived (not just postmarked) by the close of the polls at 7pm on August 1
 3th. You can return your ballot by mail or drop it in the secure drop box 
 you'll see at the corner of the Town Office building.  We'll be checking 
 it daily\, and several times during the day on Election Day.\n\nIn additio
 n to asking for a ballot to be mailed to you\, you can cast your vote by:\
 n\n 	Voting at the Town Office up until 3pm on Monday\, August 12th. The o
 ffice is open Mon-Tues-Thurs-Fri from 9am to 3pm and Wednesday 3-7pm\, and
  there is a handicapped entrance at the rear.\n 	Voting in person at the B
 enson Community Hall on August 13th. Polls will be open 10am-7pm.\n\nPleas
