Dog Licenses Due

The deadline for purchasing a new Dog License (without penalty) is April 1st

2023 dog tags are available at the Town Office (this year’s color is blue). You can request a dog tag by mailing a check, or you can leave a note with payment in the drop box and your tag will be mailed to you.

All dogs that are six months of age or older must be licensed on or before April 1st . Proof of current rabies vaccination is required for registration which costs $9.00 for spayed or neutered animals and $13.00 for all others. The first time a dog is registered in Benson a spay/neuter certificate must be shown in order to receive the lower rate.
