After reviewing the Haunted Hayride sign up lists, the Benson Fire Department has determined there are not enough volunteers to safely hold this year’s Haunted Hayride. There are several vacancies for every position; most positions have no volunteers. The Fire Department is holding a special meeting next Wednesday (June 21st). At that meeting, the sign up list will be reevaluated and the decision will be made to either have the hayride, or not. Sign ups can be done in person at the town office, or by calling the town clerk at 802-537-2611. Thank you.
